The guide lists more than 30 markets across the metro, including City Market in the River Market, Brookside, KCK, Overland Park, Lenexa, Olathe, Lee's Summit, Parkville, Independence and Liberty. Open the map to see them by distance from you, with each market's posted days and a link to its official page.

What is there to do around Kansas City on a fall weekend?

Pumpkin patches, apple orchards, corn mazes, wineries and farm stands within an hour or so of the city. The weekend section of the guide shows what is in season now; Siwa can turn a few picks into a single outing.

Is nSeason Local free?

Yes. Browsing the map, listings and seasonal calendar is free and needs no account. The weekly email is free and optional.

How current is the information?

Each listing shows when it was last checked against its official source. Schedules change, especially early and late in the season, so confirm hours with the market or farm before you go.

What is Siwa?

Siwa is nSeason's assistant. On Local it asks who is going, the date and time, your budget and preferences, then combines the guide with fresh web research and the weather forecast. Answers include links to the sources it used and say when something is uncertain, such as an unconfirmed event time.

Can I buy from these farms through nSeason?

Not yet. nSeason Market, an online market for Kansas City growers with order-ahead pickup, is in development. Nothing is sold on this site today.

I run a market or farm. How do I get listed or fix a listing?

Use the early access form on the Market or OS preview pages and tell us what to add or change. We correct listings against the official source you point us to.
